Their platform enables greater accuracy, efficiency, and control across finance and operations teams. We are hiring an Associate Program Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise-grade financial operations solutions for both new and existing clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and client delivery, and is ideal for someone who enjoys driving process excellence and solving complex operational challenges.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality implementations, while delivering a strong customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

Understand their financial operations, requirements, and pain points to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Program & Project Management: Own end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyse existing financial operations workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized processes using the platform. Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to support accurate system configuration and integrations. Use SQL and analytical tools to derive insights and validate implementation outcomes.
• Apply best practices in process management (e.g., Ensure a high-quality client experience through proactive communication, training, and timely issue resolution.

• Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in data analysis and SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to financial operations, finance systems, or enterprise software is a plus
• Experience with BI tools or low-code platforms is an added advantage
