We're hiring a Software Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET (Core/Framework) , MySQL , and Elasticsearch . You'll be working on our core document search infrastructure—enhancing the speed, accuracy, and performance of legal data search across millions of documents.
C# and .NET Framework/Core – 4+ years of experience
MySQL – Schema design, query optimization, and indexing
Elasticsearch – Deep understanding of architecture, indexing, querying, and performance tuning
Maintain and enhance existing C# scripts for Elasticsearch integrations
Collaborate with frontend, product, and legal data teams to understand user needs
Ensure performance, security, and scalability benchmarks are met
Experience working in legal-tech or with document-heavy systems
Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Be part of a product team redefining how legal professionals work
Solve meaningful, large-scale data problems
