We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience who has grown through roles such as Business Analyst and Product Owner into a full-fledged Product Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business analysis product ownership and strategic product management with the ability to drive product vision roadmap and execution end-to-end.
Ideal Career Progression (Mandatory)
Early career as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering stakeholder interaction)
Transition into Product Owner (backlog management agile delivery)
Currently working as a Product Manager with at least 3 years in PM role
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
Translate business requirements into clear product features and user stories
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery design development launch iteration
Work closely with engineering design QA and business stakeholders
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization
Use data and customer insights to make product decisions
Define and track KPIs product metrics and success criteria
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ensure seamless communication across technical and non-technical teams
Mentor junior product owners/analysts if applicable
Required Skills (Must Have)
~10 years of total experience with:
- Strong foundation as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience as a Product Owner
- Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Expertise in requirement gathering BRDs PRDs and user stories
Experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with cross-functional teams
