Job Summary:
We are expanding our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and recruiting experienced Openlink Endur professionals with both technical and functional expertise. Candidates will support Endur development implementations and upgrades across commodity and energy markets providing technical and functional expertise in deal modelling valuations risk management scheduling invoicing and accounting to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to the growth of the Energy and Commodities consulting practice.

Position Requirements:
Deliver strategic advisory and lead Endur implementations or upgrades across Power Gas Power Renewables LNG Agriculture Crude and Refined Products.
Act as the functional subject matter expert for Endur covering physical products and derivatives.
Elicit business requirements map processes to Endur identify improvements and lead change management.
Lead functional implementation activities including design configuration functional testing and transition support to operations.
Prepare documentation: business requirements implementation designs test plans and results and other project deliverables.
Coordinate with technical teams to design and deliver customizations complex desktops APM pages and pre/post-processing logic.
Apply implementation best practices adhere to documentation standards and follow resolution processes.
Manage resourcing strategies stakeholder communication and expectations across client and internal teams.
Provide training guidance and support for junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
Knowledge Preferred:
In-depth knowledge of Endur modules and commodity/energy operations.
Familiarity with Endur risk and valuation functions including MTM PnL VAR and EOD automation tools.
Strong understanding of Gas Power Renewables LNG and Crude & Refined Products.
Experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules (advantageous).
Thorough understanding of trade lifecycle risk and shock analysis and profit & loss reporting.

Skills Preferred:
Advanced expertise in OpenJVS and OpenComponents with a focus on trade automation.
Proficiency in scripting: SQL Python PowerShell.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
Experience in Alteryx PowerBI and other reporting technologies is mandatory.
Experience in customization reporting support complex desktop creation and architecture optimization.
Excellent interpersonal stakeholder management written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Minimum bachelors degree in finance Accounting Engineering or related discipline.
Past Experience:
Endur Developer: 48 years of practical Openlink Endur development experience.
Managing Endur Consultant / Lead: Over 7 years of hands-on Endur experience in a lead/principal consultant or team lead/project manager role and at least 10 years of industry experience with 3 years in comparable consulting roles.
Participation in at least two major Endur end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects across Gas Power Renewables LNG or Crude and Refined Products.
Experience conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance for Endur solutions.
Experience working within cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams and supporting multiple time zones.
Experience working within a project team structure.
