Job Title: Banquet Manager Location: Preet Vihar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised banquet manager to oversee and manage the banquet operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of events and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate banquet events, functions, and gatherings

Manage setup, service, and breakdown of events

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Handle client requirements and resolve any issues during events

Supervise banquet staff and assign duties

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards

Ensure timely execution of events as per the schedule.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in banquet or hospitality operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Ability to handle events and manage teams
• Presentable and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/events
