Administrator - Project Planning

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support project planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with data, reports, and cross-functional teams. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, business operations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities and deliverables.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and Power BI.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, trackers, and action items.
Analyze project and business data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when required.
Support process improvement initiatives and reporting automation efforts.
Assist in customer onboarding, project implementation, and operational support activities.
Requirements
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and basic Python.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a PGDM/MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent degree.
Prior internship or experience in data analysis, customer success, operations, or project support is preferred.
