As a 'Telecaller' at MPG Ads, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving sales and promoting our services to potential clients. Your role will require strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for the sales team.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in MS Excel.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

6. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
8. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential.
9. Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, lead verification, or BPO will be given preference.
