Business Development Executive / Sales Account

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and representing Agastya as a market leader in flexible containment solutions. This position requires strategic sales skills, a go-getter mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including industries in agriculture, biogas, water storage, and related sectors.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, technical textiles, or related B2B sectors.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing sales environment.
Knowledge of flexible storage tanks, biogas solutions, or related products is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel as required.
