ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDED FULL-TIME

This position is in operation. Process Engineer controls key know how and technology to make PSA labels .Role consist of regular updates of new technology upgrade. Close connection with AD global counter part for new practice and benchmarking. Continuous study for process controls and projects on its improvement. Control SOP to make products and provide engineering control to manage Customer /product specifications.

• Process Engineering Support to manage product Quality and productivity metrics .
• Maintaining key process assets keeping critical spare procurement handling and development of new vendors as per Spare specifications .
• SPC for product Quality
• Improving process controls and eliminate bottlenecks in manufacturing system
• upgrading assets with new technology with respect to improve product performance or as per customer need.
• Managing product trials and its update on machine
• troubleshooting for complaints and root cause analysis
• supporting Plant Audits ISO EHS etc
• Sustainability : Continuous project on Energy reduction heat balancing
• updated on Hot melt adhesive technology release coating etc
• SOP for all critical operations in plant production .

Qualifications :

BE/ with Chemical / Polymer /Printing / Industrial /Pulp and paper etc.

Minimum 10 Years of Experience.
