Senior Operational Service Manager

Title - Senior Manager - Operations & Service Excellence Medical Delivery

Coordination and Leadership Support

• Own and manage Management Information System (MIS) for MD by gathering proces sing stor ing and disseminat ing information to support the teams planning control and operational functions by transforming raw data into actionable insights for decision-making by the Departmental leadership.
• Coordinate prepare and track operational and leadership presentations / materials reports metrics and analytics for M D to support management decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between the MD leader ship and Department Operations Director ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Oversee MD Services governance processes ensuring adherence to internal policies compliance and decision-making frameworks.

• Manage and track headcount (workforce) planning ( MTP ) hiring progress and resource allocation across service lines
• Identify d esign and implement operational efficiency programs department strategies policies and workflows to to enable efficient compliant delivery across MD service lines

Management

• Partner with finance teams Department Operations Director to oversee the departments budget planning forecasting and tracking.
• Represent the MD team in relevant forums and support in the accurate and timely completion of MTP and RBU by providing accurate data and insights collaborating with the Departement Operations Director MD leadership business stakeholders the Finance team and the Service Design team as needed.
• Work closely with the Service Design team to communicate recharges to Finance and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on financial performance including variance reports and cost management insights.
• Ensure alignment of financial resources with department priorities and projects.
• Define and manage Pricing for MD Services

Portfolio and Program Management

• Oversee the portfolio of MD projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain a centralized view of ongoing initiatives timelines risks and interdependencies.
• Ensure business cases are accurate and up to date; maintain them and implement updates with support from the Service Design team and MD leadership.
• Provide project oversight and ensure the timely delivery of milestones and objectives .

Develop and maintain dashboards reports and presentations to provide visibility into department performance and metrics.

• Coordinate and prepare executive-level briefings reports and updates.
• Risk Management and Issue Resolution
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in MD operations and provide proactive solutions including business continuity.
• Serve as a point of escalation for urgent issues requiring cross-functional coordination.

Strong organizational and project management skills with experience working in highly matrixed organization

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources especially in a GCC or M ed C om agency environment .
• Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools and dashboards.
• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration Operations or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (e.g. PMO Lead Operations Manager Account Manager ).
• PMP Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with global cross-cultural teams and distributed workforce management.
• Experience in a pharma environment is an added advantage.
