Profile Summary : We are looking for an experienced Oracle OIC / HCM Integration Consultant with 710 years of experience in Oracle technologies and enterprise integrations.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integration development, API-based integrations, OIC setup/configuration, and PL/SQL development. The candidate should also possess a good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and related HCM data structures.Experience in Data Hub configuration, Spark, and Scala will be an added advantage.Mandatory Skills : Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) : - OIC Setup & Configuration- Integration Development- REST APIs- SOAP Web Services- Data Mapping & Transformations- Error Handling & Monitoring- OIC AdaptersOracle HCM Cloud : - Core HR- Worker Lifecycle- Workforce Structures- HDL / HSDL- HCM Extracts- HCM IntegrationsDatabase : - SQL- PL/SQL- Procedures, Functions & Packages- Query Performance OptimizationProject Experience : - Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud/OIC implementation projects- Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party applications- Client-facing implementation experience- Technical solution design and troubleshootingGood-to-Have Skills : - Data Hub Configuration- Apache Spark- Scala- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)- Oracle HCM Technical (ref:hirist.tech)
