Sales Head- E-Commerce & Supply Chain Specialist -Surat-2.Employment Type: Full-time Founding Role
UniSouk is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to build and lead our go-to-market
This role requires establishing the sales organisation from inception
developing sales processes and driving revenue growth through B2B and B2C
You will be instrumental in positioning UniSouk as a leading e-commerce
Build and establish the sales function from the ground up defining processes
Identify and cultivate relationships with key B2B clients merchants and
Create and execute sales playbooks for direct sales channel partnerships
Set aggressive yet achievable sales targets and KPIs monitoring progress
Establish metrics for sales pipeline management conversion rates and
Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation
Build a talented sales team aligned with the organisational growth stage
Collaborate with Marketing Product and Operations to ensure a seamless
customer experience
Represent UniSouk at industry events trade shows and networking
12 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles
Proven track record of building sales organisations from scratch
Demonstrated success in B2B and/or B2C sales in technology or e-commerce
Experience with CRM systems sales analytics and data-driven decision
Experience scaling sales teams from 5 to 50 members
Background in Indian e-commerce or SaaS startups
Experience in supply chain logistics or B2B marketplace platforms
Knowledge of retail technology and omnichannel sales strategies
Previous experience in a high-growth startup (50-500 person scale)
