This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Amravati. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs, driving loan disbursements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential and existing clients, providing guidance on education loan products, achieving targeted sales goals, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processes. Additionally, the role will require regular market analysis and offering innovative solutions to improve the client experience.
Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills
Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and cross-selling financial products
Knowledge of financial products, specifically education loans, and banking operations
Proficiency with digital and software tools for client management and reporting
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
Experience in financial services or sales is an advantage
