About the Role:
Palmonas is looking for a skilled Image Retoucher with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics to enhance product and lifestyle images for our jewellery collections. The ideal candidate will ensure all visuals align with Palmonas’ premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
Retouch and enhance jewellery product images for website, marketplaces & social media
Color correction, background cleanup, skin retouching & detailing
Maintain consistency in tone, texture, and lighting across images
Work closely with photographers, designers & marketing teams
Optimize images as per platform requirements (web, e-commerce, ads)
Manage image quality, naming conventions & timelines

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in image retouching (fashion/jewellery preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Excellent understanding of color grading, masking & compositing
• High attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
