Job Role: BU Sales & Strategy Manager (BUSSM)
Center Managers
The BU Sales & Strategy Manager (BUSSM) is responsible for driving end-to-end business outcomes across Mobilization (Sales), Training, and Placements within the assigned Business Unit. The role focuses on designing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong partnerships with corporates and colleges, optimizing marketing investments, and enabling academies to consistently achieve inception and placement targets.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
Strategy & Planning:
Design and implement the BU-level Sales, Mobilization, Training, and Placement strategy.
Develop center-wise mobilization plans and monthly action plans aligned with business goals.
Create, standardize, and roll out the Mobilization–Training–Placement (MTP) framework across academies.
Mobilization & Marketing
Lead learner mobilization through digital marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, job fairs, institutional tie-ups, and business partner networks.
Develop and manage local partnerships with colleges, institutions, and mobilization partners.
Plan and execute monthly online and offline marketing campaigns for each center.
Generate high-quality leads and build a strong, sustainable learner database.
Track, analyze, and improve ROI across all marketing initiatives.
Optimize marketing spend-to-enrollment ratios.
Training & Operations
Ensure effective training delivery with 90%+ trainer and infrastructure utilization.
Coordinate with training teams to align course delivery with learner and industry needs.
Support centers to ensure smooth operations and timely batch commencements.
Build and maintain a strong network of corporate partners to support placement outcomes.
Align mobilization and training efforts with current industry demand and job opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with clients and partners to improve hiring and placement success rates.
Track center-wise performance across leads, enrollments, training utilization, and placements.
Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare periodic MIS and performance reports.
Use data insights to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and drive better results.
Achievement of mobilization, inception, training, and placement targets.
Improved lead quality, conversion ratios, and enrollment outcomes.
Strong partnerships with corporates, colleges, and business partners.
Enhanced cost efficiency and marketing ROI.
