We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our stock broking branch. business through client acquisition, team management and operational excellence.
Lead, manage and grow the branch's retail and HNI broking business.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue targets through the team and own efforts.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
- Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
- Promote cross-selling of third-party financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, IPOs, margin trade funding and Loan against Shares.
- Coordinate with HO/Compliance/Operations teams for business and regulatory requirements.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Shares and demat operations.
- Proven experience in team handling and business development.
- With a deep commitment to ethical business practices and customer-centric values, our client laid the foundation for what would become a prominent entity in the financial services industry.
