The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services to potential clients. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Acquisition
- Understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Present and pitch products/services through presentations, meetings, or virtual demos.
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
