The Successful Applicant
A successful Head- Strategy should have:
Experience: 10+ years in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or investor relations, with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets.
Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare or related service industries preferred strong grasp of valuation, deal structuring, and integration.
Leadership: Ability to influence at Board and investor levels proven executive presence.
Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, communication skills, and market storytelling ability.
Education: MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
