Experience

Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Identify new market opportunities through a thorough analysis of sales data, competitor activities, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and implement effective campaigns and local outreach programs
Provide regular insights and reports on performance, feedback, and market intelligence to senior management
Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, and seminars to boost visibility and pipeline. Business Development Client Relationship Management (CRM) Cold Calling Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Field Sales Negotiation Sales Management
have minimum 1 years of experience
Hold a bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
Possess 1-2 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS domain
Demonstrate proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
Communicate effectively in English and at least one local language
Work independently with minimal supervision and remain self-motivated
Show willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
