Full Time Sales Supervisor

This is a full-time role for Area Sales Manager – East.
implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
▪ Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals,
analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.

• Training session with users.
• New product promotion.
• Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics

Minimum 4-5 years’ sales & marketing experience in PPE industry.
▪ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or
related field is preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
