We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the end user. You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Experience with AI- Design tooling is mandatory. If you are someone who not only understands but can also demonstrate a strong muscle memory of design fundamentals and applied areas - we want you aboard!

At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, bonus points if you have 1 or more years in building and maintaining design systems
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
A broad portfolio that demonstrates your design chops across the phases mentioned above demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
Proven visual design skills that value the craft and quality of a user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.)
Well versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design
Experience as a contributor to multiple high impact projects and work as a “team-of-one”
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
Passion for design; Creative problem-solving skills
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences

You care about partnering and collaborating effectively through documentation, office hours, and pairing with fellow designers
You have experience with supporting partner teams in adopting and contributing to the design system
You care about your craft, and strive to improve quality of designs at scale
You have a fundamental understanding of how to design across various breakpoints, devices, and locales, and can bridge the gap between design and code
You understand your way around front end code, even if at a basic level
You have experience creating engaging illustrations, icons and animations that bridge the brand identity, user experience and business needs
Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
