Accounting & Finance Executive
Rs 1.5 - 3.5 lakhs p.a.Description We are seeking a Finance Manager with 1-10 years of experience to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to analyze data and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
