Applications Development Developer

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs. Your daily activities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user requirements, and translating them into clear functional specifications. You will actively participate in discussions to ensure alignment between design, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will also be involved in iterative application development to continuously improve solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application design.
Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
Take responsibility for team decisions related to application design.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key design and technical decisions.
Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
Mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in application design.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Kronos.
Experience with application design methodologies and best practices.
Strong analytical skills for assessing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with the software development life cycle and project management principles.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Kronos.
- Position based at Indore office.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
