Votch AI is building a next-generation Voice AI platform enabling businesses to automate high-volume telecalling workflows with natural, multilingual AI agents. We operate real-time voice pipelines with smart dialing, CRM integrations, compliance-focused architecture, and analytics.
We are revenue-generating with Indian enterprise customers and are now preparing for seed-stage expansion.
Founded by an IIM Ahmedabad alum (Robotics & Automation background) with deep experience across Product, Strategy, and Tech.
This is a remote, equity-based founding role.

You will define and execute the long-term technical vision of Votch AI — from architecture decisions to scaling strategy — and co-own the company’s trajectory alongside the founder.
Lead architecture for real-time Voice AI systems (low-latency pipelines)
Scale infrastructure for high concurrent call volumes
Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team
Oversee cybersecurity, infra reliability, and observability
Represent technology vision during investor conversations

Deep experience in AI systems, or infra-heavy products
Comfortable building production-grade, real-time systems
Experience scaling 0 → 1 → 10 journeys preferred
Tier-1 institution preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong
