We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Team, providing critical administrative and operational support across our International regions and key people projects.
In this role, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and employees experience a positive journey. You will partner closely HR and Talent teams to support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and HR programs that enable our business to scale globally.

This role is based in Pune, with an expectation to attend the office 3-5 days per week.
Provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements.
- Process all employee changes and maintain high data integrity within ATS and HRIS systems.
- Develop, refine, and deliver accurate HR reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support operational effectiveness and decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure people changes are communicated and actioned accurately.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and an improved employee experience across regions.
- Assist with Employer of Record (EOR) administration, including onboarding support, documentation, invoice review and reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Support the preparation and issuance of visa support letters, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for international employees.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to review background verification checks, follow up on discrepancies, ensure correct checks are completed, and maintain compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
- Contribute to broader International HR programs and provide administrative support as needed.
5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience in a technology or software environment is preferred.
- Strong HR operations, project coordination, and vendor management experience.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, administration, and attention to detail.
- Experience working across time zones and supporting remote leaders and globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
