Join our payroll team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our workforce. As a Payroll Analyst II, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions while collaborating with vendors, finance teams, and HR partners to deliver exceptional service. Working with systems like Workday and ADP GlobalView, you'll handle complex payroll calculations, tax requirements, and statutory regulations while providing support for employee inquiries. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining accuracy and compliance across all payroll operations.
Bachelor's Degree with prior payroll processing experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in India, statutory compliance, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, particularly ADP GlobalView and Workday
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple payrolls and meet deadlines
• Experience working with third-party payroll vendors and service providers
• Process improvement and project management capabilities
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
• Experience with benefits administration and leave of absence processing
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of payroll, benefits, audits, and compensation processes.
• Support internal control standards/audits and self-audit processes related to all aspects of payroll.
• Perform any other duties necessary to deliver outstanding payroll service to colleagues.
