IT Specialist (m/f/d) IT Support

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to networks, servers, and workstations.
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor system performance and security, and implement improvements as necessary.
Document IT processes and maintain inventory of IT assets.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS).
Experience with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Proficiency in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
