The Director of HR Technology & People Analytics position will provide strategic leadership for the global people technology and analytics team and will lead the evolution of our global people systems and data strategy. Acting as a strategic partner between HR, IT, and key business stakeholders, this role will drive the alignment of HR technology and analytics with our business and people strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, scalable processes, and exceptional user experiences across the organization.
HR Technology Leadership
In partnership with Vice President, Acquisition, Rewards and Analytics, develop and lead the strategic roadmap for HR technology (including Workday and other HR applications) and people analytics to support a global workforce.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR technology and analytics professionals.
Act as a connector between HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align digital people strategies with organizational goals.
Partner with IT to lead system design, implementation, and optimization of HR technologies (Core Workday HCM, ATS, Learning, Performance Management, etc.), Evaluate emerging technologies and AI driven solutions to enhance HR digital capabilities and employee experience.
Drive global adoption, training, and change management for new technologies, including AI-enabled platforms.
People Analytics & AI Innovation
Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic talent planning, DEI, and retention.
In partnership with the IT team, build and deliver intuitive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms; Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in HR processes (e.g., chatbot support, resume screening, pulse surveys, etc.).
Maintain a balance between global standardization and local compliance
Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., Strategic Leadership: Ability to align HR technology and analytics with organizational goals. Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong grasp of data visualization tools and HR metrics; Effective at partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business units. Required Education and Experience:
~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field; 8+ years of experience in HR tech and analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
