CRM Marketing Lead

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales and Marketing Intern to support our lead generation efforts through cold calling and outreach campaigns . This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about communication, relationship-building, and learning the fundamentals of sales. You'll play a key role in generating potential leads and booking appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients

Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits

Qualify leads based on set criteria and record details in the CRM

Follow up with interested leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp

Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team

Maintain a daily report of calls made, responses, and conversions

Research potential clients and update lead lists regularly

Support marketing campaigns with lead data and feedback from calls

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi languages

Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel or CRM tools

Passion for sales and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

Experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service (internships count!)

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or JustCall is a plus
