Position: Branch Manager
Experience: *10 – 12 Years (Mandatory experience in Two-Wheeler Industry)
Salary: *35,000 – 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: *Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall branch operations including Sales, Service Coordination, and Administration
- Drive sales performance, revenue targets, and showroom profitability
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales, service, and support teams
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
- Manage inventory planning, vehicle deliveries, and documentation processes
- Coordinate with Head Office and Business Head for performance reporting and strategy execution
- Handle local marketing initiatives, test ride programs, and customer engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Currently or previously working as Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Sales Manager in a two-wheeler dealership
- Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of the Trivandrum local market preferred
