Business Development Manager Full-time Permanent
Job Title: Business Development Associate Location : In-person
Shifts – Day (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM) / Night (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
Salary : Starting from ₹15,000.00 per month
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team with daily operational tasks and follow-ups.
- Manage CRM tools and ensure lead information is updated accurately and regularly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure smooth workflow and data sharing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and required documentation.
- Assist in organizing virtual meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle email communications and respond to routine inquiries on behalf of the BD team.
- Monitor online platforms for potential business opportunities and build lead databases.
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
- Freshers will not be considered.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in:

~ MS Office Suite:
- Excel: Data handling and reporting
- Word: Documentation
- PowerPoint: Presentations
