Salary:- 34LPA - 42LPA

Review patient medical records and documentation to identify diagnoses and procedures.
Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures using standardized coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
Verify and cross-check medical documentation to ensure correct coding and billing.
Work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and billing teams to clarify diagnoses or procedures when necessary.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow data privacy regulations while handling medical records.
Identify and correct coding errors before submitting claims for billing.
Stay updated with changes in medical coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
Assist in processing insurance claims and reimbursement documentation.
Maintain detailed records of coded data and patient information.
