Electricity Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor, verify, and manage import and export documentation and logistics to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee daily office operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.

Supervise and coordinate employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and team goals are met.

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.

Maintain accurate records of operations, shipments, and customer interactions.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within operations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
