About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Affordable LAP business through direct field sales. The role focuses on customer acquisition, pipeline building, and disbursement coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Affordable LAP cases through direct market acquisition
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and lead generation
- Build and manage a steady sales pipeline
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing
- Achieve disbursement and login targets
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
- Maintain customer relationships through loan lifecycle
