Our mission is to amplify human productivity by building reusable, intelligent automation and decision-support solutions that accelerate value creation. We blend deep product knowledge, scientific expertise, agile engineering, and scalable AI frameworks to streamline financial processes, reduce operational cost, and unleash innovation.
We're building the next generation of AI-native productivity tools—from intelligent agents that can orchestrate complex workflows, to real-time integration with diverse data sources, to scalable solutions leveraging technologies such as Small Language Models and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our solutions deliver deep insights into efficiency across Finance teams and Amazon as a whole—helping identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive productivity at scale. Design AI-powered agents using the latest technologies such as MCP
- Build AI systems that make smart decisions and amplify the work of Finance analysts.
- Create reusable AI components that adapt, learn, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Evangelize our AI and Agent technology across FGBS and Amazon.
- Partner with PMs and ML scientists to turn ideas into production—bridging research with real-world impact.
- Mentor engineers and set the bar for quality, security, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience leading and influencing your team or organization
