Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Social Media professional to join our dynamic team in West Delhi for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will focus on content creation, social media strategy, and managing client social media pages, contributing to brand development and digital engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
Content creation expertise with the ability to craft engaging posts, graphics, and multimedia across various social platforms (Mandatory skill)
Proven track record in designing and executing effective social media strategies to boost online presence (Mandatory skill)
Experience handling social media pages for clients, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and timely updates (Mandatory skill)
Proficient in copywriting, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned content for different audiences
Strong understanding of building and sustaining brand awareness through digital campaigns and creative storytelling
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients, team members, and external partners
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization
Knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the social media landscape
Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms aligned with client goals and brand voice
Develop, implement, and refine social media strategies tailored to enhance audience engagement and drive traffic
Manage and oversee client social media pages, maintaining up-to-date, compelling, and interactive profiles
Collaborate with clients to plan campaigns, understand objectives, and deliver content calendars
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster community and maintain reputation
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports to assess ROI and suggest improvements
Stay updated with industry developments, ensuring all content leverages emerging trends and opportunities
Support the marketing team with creative initiatives, cross-functional campaigns, and brand-building activities Earn certifications in these skills
