Structural Engineer/ Senior Structural Design Engineer

Established on October 30, 2010, the company focuses on heavy industrial, institutional and infrastructural engineering projects, catering to sectors such as automobile, food & beverages, warehousing, tyre industries, farm equipment's, manufacturing etc. Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Structural Design Engineer to lead the structural design, analysis of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all structures meet safety, durability, and performance requirements while complying with national and international standards. The role involves close coordination with architects, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure seamless design integration and project delivery. Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for concrete, steel, and composite structures.
Ensure design compliance with IS codes , NBC , ACI , AISC , or other relevant international standards.
Conduct structural feasibility studies , design optimization, and value engineering for cost-effective solutions.
Review and approve design deliverables prepared by junior engineers and CAD technicians.
Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams for design integration and clash resolution.
Perform load calculations, foundation design, and reinforcement detailing as per project requirements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation, monitor quality, and resolve on-site technical challenges.
Prepare and maintain design basis reports (DBRs) , calculation sheets, and project documentation.
Participate in tender preparation , provide technical inputs, and support bid evaluations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance design quality and technical skills within the team.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel Design , and Foundation Engineering
Strong understanding of seismic design, wind load analysis , and industrial structure design
Familiarity with BIM platforms (Revit Structures preferred)
Attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and project timelines
