Production Engineer DevOps

Role/ Job Title: Production Engineer
The role entails the responsibility of providing production support to bank's CMS Channel applications. It includes administering and resolving day to day production applications issues, providing updates and perform root cause analysis.
Should have the knowledge of SQL, Linux, Unix, oracle, Cloud, DevOps and Java.
Finding RCA for Production issues
Supervise all alerts related to production application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
Provide end-to-end production support on IT Applications.
Provide L1 monitoring and application support with EOD/BOD experience.
Educational Qualification (Fulltime)
Graduation: Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Master of Computer Science (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
