SEO Manager (5+ Years Experience | AEO & GEO Expertise)
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven SEO Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) , with a proven ability to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and close collaboration with content, development, and marketing teams to drive measurable business results.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
Lead AEO and GEO initiatives , optimizing content for AI search engines, featured snippets, voice search, and generative search platforms
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
Optimize website structure, content, meta data, internal linking, and schema markup
Manage technical SEO including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush , and similar platforms
Plan and execute link-building and digital outreach campaigns
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-, AEO-, and GEO-optimized content
Perform regular SEO audits and implement actionable improvements
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices
Prepare clear and detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Manager
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search behavior
- Demonstrated knowledge of AEO (featured snippets, voice search, zero-click results) and GEO (AI search optimization, generative responses)
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog , etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with CMS platforms , preferably WordPress
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
