Senior Clinical Coding Officer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Pune, for an AAPC CPC Certified Instructor. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions on medical coding, preparing and updating educational materials, assessing student progress, and providing guidance to ensure success in the CPC certification exam. The instructor will also stay updated on the latest coding guidelines, practices, and industry standards to ensure relevant and accurate training is provided.

Experience: Min 5 Year total experience in RCM / Coding, and min 1 year experience post Certification

Qualifications
Must possess AAPC CPC certification and comprehensive knowledge of medical coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
Training and teaching experience, along with effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in assessing student understanding and adapting teaching techniques accordingly.
Detail-orientation and accuracy in relaying complex information.
Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and basic computer tools for online and in-person training.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address student queries effectively.
Relevant experience or knowledge in the healthcare domain and familiarity with compliance practices would be an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent educational background is preferred.
