Syndigo powers the continual flow of data and content throughout the entire commerce ecosystem accelerating delivery of accurate and compelling information that increases sales on every shelf.We are the recognized leader in software and services for the management of master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication and analytics across industries including grocery, foodservice, hardlines, home improvement, oil & gas, pet, health and beauty, automotive, apparel, and healthcare products.Syndigo serves the industrys largest two-sided network, connecting more than 50,000 global users across 12,000+ global brands with more than 1,750 global retailers.Basically, we're the people that deliver the rich, accurate product content that helps consumers shop online with confidence, and helps brands and retailers operate efficient product supply chains.A Syndigo company is well known for its cross-domain MDM Center platform, With Syndigo, you can unlock the full, scalable power of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) to build engaging brand and product experiences with actionable insights and improve your customer experience on one platform.The Customer Operations Team (COPS) (Professional Services Team) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Syndigo MDM center to its clients.As part of the delivery organization, you are the primary face of the company to all our clients and partners for providing technical consultation and technical solutions there by Master Data Management needs of any client will be addressed effectively.As an implementation consultant in delivery organization, you will build your knowledge in Syndigo MDM Centre product and its core features and configure/customize it to cater client needs.Responsible for developing the product configurations, Business Rules (Riversand Business language), Workflows & integrations (RS SDK).- Comply with project plans and implementation standards.- Work with partners as a SME in MDM implementation.- Participate in initiatives that helps in enhancing the RS deliveries.- Liaison with the product/engineering team & Operations team on product functionalities.- Understand the functional solution & configure the MDM product working with the Implementation Lead.Proven experience working with programming technologies (i.e. Java, .Net etc.)- Good understanding and working experience with different REST & SOAP APIs and Frameworks.- It will be an advantage having an experience on a Data platform or a SaaS based implementation.Education and Experience :- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in IT.- Proven experience working with web technologies such as API's, HTML, CSS, Java+ and JavaScript as well as an ability to use JSON files for configuration.This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion :To achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
