Job Title: IT Recruiter - Canada Location: Noida

100% Onsite Role
Shift Time - 7 pm to 4 am IST (Canada Shifts)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Canada IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across Canada. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract and full-time roles with Canadian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for Canada IT requirements
Understand technical requirements and client expectations
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and availability
Validate work authorization (PR, Citizen, Work Permit)
Coordinate interviews and manage feedback cycles
Negotiate rates/salaries and support onboarding
Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Canada IT recruitment
Knowledge of Canadian work authorization (PR, Citizen, Open/Closed WP, LMIA basics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with contract and full-time hiring models
