Customer Success Manager (Full Time)

We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. Provide exceptional support through our chat support, Intercom, and on calls.
Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently.
Identify recurring queries and trends in customer inquiries to improve product usability and customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools for continuous improvement.
Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
An internship or full-time experience in customer success or a related field is preferred.
You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care for customers.
We are growing very fast and are closing in on our target of $1M ARR, excited to have more talented people join us in this rocket ship.
