Undergraduate Programme Manager

Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects within the SnM DigiMktg SnM MDM and SnM Data Lake domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the role requires a strategic thinker with 9 to 12 years of experience to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the companys market presence.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects within the SnM DigiMktg SnM MDM and SnM Data Lake domains to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and ensure seamless integration of solutions.

Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and post-project evaluations.

Oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage additional expertise and resources as needed.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SnM DigiMktg SnM MDM and SnM Data Lake with proven experience in managing complex projects.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.

Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with a masters degree.
