Primary Responsibility :
MIS Report and Managing Sales Operation Works
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Track primary & secondary sales, stock levels, and distributor performance.
- Maintain sales dashboards, CRM data, and sales trackers.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer documents.
- Communicate targets, schemes, and product updates to the field team.
- Resolve field team queries related to pricing, stock, invoicing, and schemes.
- Track target vs achievement (TvsA) for sales executives.
- Assist distributors with billing issues, product information, and claim processing.
- Manage and record customer/market feedback.
Requirements
Key Skills Required (What we need)
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic analytics).
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally etc.).
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Marketing).
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
