Sales & Marketing Agent (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work during the night shift to cater to clients in the USA and Canada, focusing on promoting and booking for our services. Work Hours: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
communicating with clients in the USA and Canada who interested in our products and services.
Follow up on leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.
Support marketing campaigns and collect feedback to improve our messaging and outreach.
Conduct market research to discover trends and expand our client base.
Provide daily and weekly sales and client activity reports.
Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, marketing and customer relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Note: Candidates must be comfortable working during night hours (IST) to cater to the USA and Canada markets. Comfortable with remote work; must have a quiet home workspace, laptop, and stable internet. Ready for rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
