Project Manager (policy)
Position Title: ADM Project Manager
Location: Pan india
Experience Level: 7 - 10 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ADM to lead cross-functional teams in delivering custom development solutions and managing the maintenance and support of applications in the Public sector. The role requires accountability for project delivery within defined scope, cost, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business requirements and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee application development, maintenance, and support projects to meet business requirements.
Apply project management methodologies and tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Establish and execute effective communication plans for stakeholders at all levels.
Deliver regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in ADM or application management projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and multi-vendor teams.
Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in Public sector projects or governmental IT initiatives.
Familiarity with enterprise applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
