Marketing & Advertising Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media and digital advertising.
Content Creation: Draft and edit engaging copy for blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Social Media: Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), including scheduling posts and engaging with the community.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, helping to optimize future strategies.
Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars and organize digital asset libraries.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships included).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
