This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad,Delhi & Nashik.
The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities include maintaining store visual standards, inventory management, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment for the team.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive store performance and meet business objectives.

Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
Ability to handle inventory control and ensure compliance with store policies
Prior experience in retail management is highly desirable
Ability to work in a high-demand, on-site retail environment
Retail Management, or a relevant field is preferred
