JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus
Ensure that food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
Assist in the planning of menus and the purchase of food supplies
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools effectively
